The trainee exchange program of our hotel cooperation "Die Sterne im Sauerland" gives you the opportunity to take a look at another company once a year to try out new or different ways of working and, of course, to get to know other colleagues.

Below is some important information and the conditions of participation for your application:

• The exchange will take place from 10 to 23.11.2025.
• Applications must be submitted to the HR office by 24.10.2024.
• There are 2 exchange places per company. If there are several applications, the training company decides which applications will be considered.
• The applicants are allocated centrally to the houses, i.e. you cannot choose a hotel for the exchange yourself.
• If confirmed, participation is binding.
• The following can apply Trainees from the 2nd year of apprenticeship from the areas
  • Hotel specialist
  • Restaurant specialist
  • Kitchen
  • Hotel management assistant on request
• The exchange is always 1:1, i.e. the trainees in the same training occupation change companies at the same time.
• Uniform during the internship:
  • Cook in own uniform
  • Hofa/Refa/Hoka black pants/skirt, white blouse/white shirt;
  • Additional accessories such as aprons are available at the exchange hotel
• Meals in the exchange hotel together with the other colleagues in the canteen
• Accommodation is possible if required.
• After the exchange, there will be a joint meeting (online or in person) to share experiences. The date will be announced with the confirmation of participation.
