A yoga weekend at Hotel Rimberg is a first step towards more mindfulness and a conscious life. Yoga teacher Andrea Moll teaches with a lot of humour and focuses in her classes on the alignment of the postures and their adaptation to physical limitations. Breathing exercises and meditation round off the programme. The joy of practising is to be experienced by everyone, so that yoga can also be continued at home.
