The historic 4-star Romantik Hotel Haus Platte is an owner-operated business located in the idyllic Repetal valley, near Attendorn in the southern Sauerland region on Lake Bigge. The Hotel Platte offers its guests accommodations in 60 modern guest rooms and suites, a wellness and beauty area, a conference center, and excellent cuisine featuring regional suppliers. In addition to many unique events, the Romantik Hotel Platte offers numerous sports and leisure activities. The hotel is directly connected to its own horse stud farm.

Course content:

  • Create invoices and process payments
  • Calculate costs and revenues and analyze key performance indicators
  • Calculate selling prices 
  • Process HR transactions
  • Advise guests and conduct sales conversations
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Maintenance of online portals, master data, and hotel-specific software
