Your role and profile:

Professionals in the restaurant and event catering industries receive comprehensive hands-on training in our hotel’s front-of-house and kitchen departments. The theoretical training takes place at the Meschede Vocational College (block instruction).

You can expect a flexible 40-hour workweek and 28 days of vacation per year. The training stipend is €1,200.00 in the first year of training, increasing to €1,300.00 in the second year and €1,400.00 in the third year.

Previous internships in the hotel or restaurant industry are helpful.
