Start your career at Hotel Deimann – We are offering a dual study program in hotel management (B.A.) in cooperation with the IST University of Applied Sciences starting in April or October 2027. This practice-oriented program combines scientific theory with valuable professional experience in our hotel business.

Dual study program – Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management (m/f/d)
Duration: 3.5 years
Prerequisite: Technical college entrance qualification or high school diploma
Combine theory and practice in a challenging degree program and prepare yourself for a career in the upscale hotel industry.

Tasks

  • Guest services: Actively engaging with our guests to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
  • Active participation in all operational areas:
    Support in service, reception, housekeeping, and other departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
  • Hotel management: Collaboration in various departments such as reception, housekeeping, event management, and catering.
  • Project work: Support in planning and implementing internal projects to optimize our processes.
  • Administrative tasks: Insights into administrative activities such as accounting, human resources, and marketing.

Qualification

  • ✅University entrance qualification: high school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or equivalent qualification.
  • ✅Passion for the hotel industry: Interest in a career in the hotel industry and enjoyment of working with people.
  • ✅Strong communication skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
