Tasks
- Assistance with general gardening and landscaping tasks, including: lawn care, hedge trimming, leaf removal, and simple planting and maintenance tasks
- Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of paths, green spaces, and all outdoor facilities
- Performing light cleaning tasks at our swimming pools
- Proper and responsible handling of work materials, tools, and equipment
- Consistent adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
The work is primarily performed outdoors— in all weather conditions. Rain, cold, and heat are just as much a part of the daily routine as physically demanding tasks. This position requires resilience, a commitment to the job, and a passion for hands-on work in real-world conditions.
Qualification
- Manual dexterity and a passion for hands-on, physical work outdoors and, to some extent, indoors
- Good physical stamina and a reliable, meticulous work ethic
- A sense of responsibility, the ability to work well with others, and a high level of commitment
- Basic knowledge of gardening or cleaning is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Motivation to work outdoors on a long-term basis—regardless of weather conditions
- Since we communicate in German within the team and with our guests, a good command of German is important for this position.
