At the Deimann Spa, the wellness area of our 5-star superior hotel in the Sauerland region, we combine professional treatments with warm, personalized service. You’ll work in a high-end environment where quality matters not only in the treatments themselves but also in every interaction with our guests.

Tasks

  • Perform classic and wellness-oriented massage treatments professionally and with a keen sense of our guests’ individual needs.
  • Apply your professional knowledge in physical therapy treatments—provided they align with your qualifications—and responsibly support our guests on their journey toward greater well-being.
  • Provide our guests with personalized advice on suitable massage and wellness treatments, and work with them to find the treatment that best suits their individual needs.
  • Drawing on your professional expertise, identify the individual needs of our guests and tailor your treatment accordingly.
  • Provide attentive, warm, and professional service to our guests throughout their entire stay at the Deimann Spa.
  • Carefully prepare the treatment rooms before and after each session so that every treatment can take place in a calm, well-maintained, and high-quality atmosphere.
  • Through your meticulous work, ensure that our spa area maintains high standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Work closely with your spa team and help ensure that our guests receive professional, expert care and personalized attention.
  • Through your work, help create a spa experience that offers our guests peace, relaxation, and the exceptional quality of Hotel Deimann.
  • You will primarily work during the day and into the evening, typically until around 7:00 p.m. Sundays and holidays are also part of your regular work schedule.

Qualification

  • You have completed training as a massage therapist, physical therapist, or hold a comparable qualification, enabling you to treat our guests with professional competence and responsibility.
  • Ideally, you’ll have practical experience in massage, physical therapy, wellness, or a spa—but we also welcome entry-level candidates if your professional qualifications and attitude are a good fit for us.
  • They possess professional expertise and work meticulously, because high-quality massage and wellness treatments require a high degree of responsibility and precision.
  • You enjoy interacting directly with people, because a good spa treatment depends not only on the right technique, but also on attentiveness and empathy.
  • They are service-oriented and attentive, ensuring that our guests feel personally cared for and in good hands throughout their entire treatment.
  • You present yourself in a neat and professional manner, because your personal appearance plays a key role in creating the high-quality atmosphere at Deimann Spa.
  • You work independently, reliably, and responsibly so that our guests can always count on your professional and personal care.
  • You’re a team player and support your colleagues because an exceptional spa experience can only be created through teamwork.
  • You must be flexible and willing to work on Sundays and holidays, as our spa is open to guests on those days as well.
  • You have a good command of German, so that you can provide our guests with confident, attentive, and personalized advice and service.
