At times like these, we need people who take charge, who exude calm, and who make our guests feel that everything is under control—we’ve got it covered.

We are looking for you to fill this exact role as a Night Auditor / Night Porter (m/f/d) in a part-time position to provide support 1–2 nights per week and as a substitute during vacation periods.

Tasks

  • You are the go-to person on-site during the night
  • Handling a small number of guest inquiries and answering phone calls
  • Routine patrols in the hotel to ensure peace and security

Supporting tasks in the background:

  • Assistance in the laundry room (e.g., managing washing machine capacity, folding laundry)
  • Review of payment methods at our outlets
  • Start the end-of-day closing process (can be finalized by the morning shift if necessary)

Additional responsibilities:

  • Provision of transportation services (e.g., employee transportation and small-scale goods transport)

Qualification

  • Class B driver's license (required)
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility and being there when others are asleep
  • We expressly welcome career changers
  • A calm, reliable, and friendly demeanor
  • Willingness to work 1–2 night shifts per week and cover for staff on vacation
  • Basic PC Skills
  • Knowledge of German
