As a housekeeping staff member, you are part of a team that does great work behind the scenes. Your work ensures that our guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive—in their rooms, in the spa area, in the restaurant, and throughout the hotel.

Tasks

  • Cleaning and maintenance of public areas (restaurants, lobby, hallways, stairwells, and common areas)
  • Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel Cleaning and preparing guest rooms with an eye for detail
  • Cleaning the pool and spa area
  • Inspection and Cleaning of Public Restrooms
  • Assistance with organizing and maintaining the housekeeping magazines
  • Restocking of work supplies and laundry supplies
  • Friendly and professional interaction with our guests in our daily work
  • Close collaboration within the housekeeping team and with the facilities management team

Our Work Schedule Options

Full-time | 5 days/week | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

  • Cleaning of public areas from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
  • Team breakfast
  • Followed by cleaning of the guest rooms from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Full-time or part-time | 3–5 days/week | 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

  • Cleaning the guest rooms
  • Distribution of housekeeping magazines
  • Cleaning of public areas
  • Lunch break with the team

Part-time | 5 days/week | 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

  • Cleaning and Maintenance of Guest Rooms

All work schedules require a willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

Qualification

  • Ideally, you have experience in housekeeping, room cleaning, or building cleaning
  • Motivated career changers are also welcome and will receive thorough training
  • You have a basic knowledge of German to communicate with guests and colleagues
  • You are willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • You have an eye for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
  • You are physically resilient and maintain a structured approach to your work even during busy periods
  • You enjoy hands-on work and value seeing tangible results at the end of your workday
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and help create a positive atmosphere in housekeeping
