In a relaxed, casual atmosphere, we serve small snacks and salads, oven-fresh cakes, sweet ice cream specialties, aromatic coffee specialties, and refreshing vitality drinks. Our guests enjoy the highest quality – in a relaxed atmosphere, even in their bathrobes. When the weather is nice, our new sun terrace in the middle of the hotel's green garden becomes a favorite place for enjoyable breaks in the open air.

For this special area, we are looking for a dedicated service specialist (commis de rang) who will contribute to a harmonious guest experience with their expertise, warmth, and professionalism.

Core working hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Tasks

  • High-quality professional service in the garden bistro
  • Support and advice for our guests in a relaxed yet service-oriented environment
  • Serving food and drinks from our bistro menu
  • Ensuring smooth service in close cooperation with the kitchen and team
  • Preparation and follow-up of the service area
  • Compliance with our quality and service standards

Depending on staffing levels or seasonal priorities, you may be assigned to other service areas within the hotel. This includes, in particular, assisting in the HP area in the evenings or serving on the terrace during the summer season.

Qualification

  • Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry or comparable experience in service
  • Confident, professional demeanor in guest services
  • Quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Friendly, well-groomed appearance and strong service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently and in a structured manner
  • Flexibility regarding working hours (5-day week, including weekends and public holidays)
  • Resilience and enjoyment of interacting with guests in a lively environment
