Be outside, breathe deeply, unwind—the yoga and hiking retreat in the Sauerland region with Liz and Mari from bevandert and Lisanne from Soul Oase combines nature, exercise, and mindfulness into an experience that will help you ground yourself and strengthen your soul. The weekend is rounded off with the finest cuisine and soothing wellness time.

Here's what you can look forward to this weekend:

  • 4 yoga sessions
  • 3 guided hikes
  • 2 nights including breakfast buffet and vegetarian 3-course evening meal
  • 2 Pre-yoga smoothie
  • 1 outdoor lunch
  • Table water included with all meals
  • Use of the wellness area, including bathrobe and towel rental

Friday: Arrival and getting in the mood

  • Check-in from 10:00 a.m., use of the spa area possible
  • From 3:00 PM: guaranteed room availability
  • 3:30 p.m.: Welcome and get-together
  • 4:00 p.m.: Short warm-up hike
  • Approximately 6:00 p.m.: Group 3-course dinner
  • 8:00 p.m.: Relaxing yoga session

We have planned a vegetarian diet for all of us. If you have different dietary requirements and/or allergies/intolerances, please let us know when booking. This will allow the hotel to make the necessary preparations.

Saturday: Exercise, nature, and relaxation

  • 7:00 a.m.: Wake-up yoga with smoothie or tea
  • From 8:30 a.m.: Breakfast together
  • 11:00 a.m.: Longer hike including outdoor lunch
  • Approximately 4:00 p.m.: Return to the hotel, free time & spa
  • 6:00 p.m.: Evening yoga session
  • 7:30 p.m.: Joint 3-course dinner
  • 9:00 p.m.: Get-together around the campfire

If the weather requires it, we will adjust the program. But one thing always applies: be sure to pack warm clothes, especially for our campfire!

Sunday: Conclusion and reflection

  • 7:00 a.m.: Wake-up yoga with smoothie or tea
  • From 8:30 a.m.: Breakfast together
  • 11:00 a.m.: Check-out and final group hike
  • Approximately 3:30 p.m.: Return to the hotel and official end of the event
  • Use of the spa area still possible until the end of the day

All program items are optional and not mandatory. You decide for yourself what you would like to participate in. Because relaxation is the main focus!
