An apprenticeship that suits your interests

Training to become a culinary professional is a great fit for you if you have a knack for hands-on work. You enjoy working as part of a team. You’re passionate about fresh and exotic ingredients, and you’re eager to learn how to prepare them in creative and delicious ways. You thrive on action and have the stamina to keep going, even when things get stressful.

This training program is also available to those with a special education diploma or without a recognized high school diploma. It typically lasts two years and is a hands-on program. Even if you haven’t been very successful in school or on exams so far, you can succeed with the necessary motivation and full commitment.
