Tasks
In this role, you are the heart of our front office and ensure that every stay begins and ends perfectly:
- Handling check-in and check-out during the early and late shifts
- Monitoring of employee arrivals and departures, as well as proper preparation and follow-up for each shift
- Cash Management & Invoice Verification with High Accuracy
- Professional guest service at a 5-star superior level
- Active cross-selling and upselling for an optimal guest experience
- Arranging table reservations at our restaurants
- Information on hiking trails, activities, and highlights of the region
- Processing Reservations & Guest Requests
- Close collaboration with all internal operational departments
- Services available between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Qualification
- Completed training in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel management, hotel administration, or similar)
- Ideally, experience in a front office role or a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of German
- Proficiency in hotel software, specifically: Fidelio Suite 8, Kommis, Pointchamp, TNG
- Warm hospitality and a genuine host's spirit
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service at the highest level
- A structured, reliable, and guest-oriented approach to work
- Team spirit – combined with the ability to work independently and confidently
