As a Bellhop / Guest Services Associate (m/f/d), you’ll be one of the first and last points of contact our guests have with Hotel Deimann—and thus a crucial part of their overall impression. You embody our service culture, building trust, providing guidance, and creating a sense of welcome. Tasks

  • Welcoming and assisting our national and international guests upon arrival and departure
  • Assistance with luggage service, including transport, floor service, and storage
  • Transport services as part of guest and messenger services (short transfers, errands, vehicle movements)
  • Walking distances within the hotel and errands between departments
  • Ensuring a well-maintained appearance in the arrival and lobby areas
  • Discreet and professional handling of special guest requests

Working hours are flexible, with early and late shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with two alternating days off per week.

Qualification

  • Conversational German skills and basic English skills are an advantage.
  • Friendly, polite, and courteous manner
  • High level of service orientation and enjoyment of guest contact
  • Valid Class B driver's license and safe driving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • We are looking for a dedicated individual who has completed training in a relevant field or has relevant practical work experience.
