When that first phone call sparks excitement for the vacation ahead, that’s when your work begins. As part of the reservations team at Hotel Deimann, you’re often the first point of personal contact for our guests—and through your advice, intuition, and warmth, you shape the first impression of our 5-star superior hotel in the Sauerland region.

Together with an experienced team, you’ll create memorable stays, find the right solutions for individual requests, and ensure that every booking turns into a true Deimann experience. You can look forward to a family-run hotel with a variety of facilities, short distances between areas, and a team that supports one another.

Tasks

  • Provide personalized advice to our guests in person and over the phone, and find the right room or lodging option to meet each guest’s needs.
  • Process reservations reliably and attentively—from the initial inquiry to the final booking confirmation.
  • Help design personalized stays that combine service, sales, and a genuine sense of hospitality.
  • Communicate professionally with our guests and internal departments to ensure that all information is in the right place at the right time.
  • Work closely with your four-person reservations team, the front desk, and our trainees to help ensure that operations run smoothly throughout the hotel.
  • Use your knowledge of the hospitality industry, tourism, or reservations to expertly guide our guests through the wide range of offerings at Hotel Deimann.
  • Provide your services primarily during the day between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and support the team on weekends and holidays as well.

Qualification

You have completed an apprenticeship as a hotel manager, hotel administrator, tourism administrator, or have comparable experience, so that you have a solid understanding of hotel operations and reservations.

Ideally, you’ll have some initial experience in reservations or at the front desk—but we’re just as excited to welcome motivated hospitality professionals who are looking to further their professional development.

They communicate in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, because for our guests, even the very first conversation is part of their vacation experience.

They work carefully and in an organized manner to ensure that reservations, requests, and arrangements are handled reliably.

You enjoy interacting with people and have a good sense of what our guests want, because exceptional hospitality begins with attentive listening.

You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues, because helping one another is second nature to us.

Even when handling multiple requests at once, you remain calm and solution-oriented, ensuring that our guests always feel they are in good hands.

You’re looking to grow both personally and professionally and actively shape your career at a 5-star hotel in the Sauerland region.
