The new training occupation of kitchen specialist is aimed at anyone who wants to learn professional cooking from the ground up in a practical way, but who is less concerned with theory and numbers. Kitchen specialists know their way around the kitchen basics: They learn how to process and prepare all kinds of food. They know how to prepare simple dishes and meals of meat, fish and vegetables. They can arrange and garnish salads and desserts and make simple soups and sauces. Your task and profile:
Specialists for restaurants and event catering undergo in-depth practical training in the service and kitchen departments at our hotel. The theoretical training takes place at the vocational college in Meschede (on one or two school days, depending on the training year).

Our kitchen team needs help in the patisserie! Ice cream, parfaits, sweet masses, creams, cakes, tarts, pralines, great dessert variations and much, much more. But also the savoury things are part of your tasks, such as: Fleurons, pâtés and baguettes.

Your task and profile:
Cooks undergo a sound practical training in our hotel in all areas and sub-departments of the kitchen and get an insight into the service department. The theoretical training takes place at the vocational college in Meschede (on one or two school days, depending on the year of training).
You can expect a flexible 40-hour week and 28 vacation days per year. The training allowance is €1,200.00 in the first year of training, rising to €1,300.00 in the second and €1,400.00 in the third year.
Previous internships in the hotel industry or gastronomy are helpful.

- Carrying out classic and instrumental facial and body treatments
- Professional foot care at a cosmetic level

Qualification
- Completed training as a beautician (m/f/d), ideally with additional qualification in medical or cosmetic foot care
- Experience in handling high-quality care products
- Interest or knowledge in the field of apparative cosmetics (e.g. ultrasound, microdermabrasion, radio frequency or similar)
- A high degree of empathy, professionalism and team spirit
- Good knowledge of German
- Flexibility and willingness to work on Saturdays (10 am - 7 pm, Sundays and many public holidays off)

Your task and profile:
Catering specialists undergo in-depth practical training in all departments of the company at our hotel.
The theoretical training takes place at the vocational college in Meschede (on one or two school days, depending on the training year).
You can expect a flexible 40-hour week and 28 vacation days per year. The training allowance is €1,200.00 in the first year of training and increases to €1,300.00 in the second year.
Previous internships in the hotel industry or gastronomy are helpful.
