Your working hours:

Welcome to the exciting world of gastronomy, where no two days are the same - and that's exactly what makes it so exciting! Your working hours are just as varied as the guests we welcome:

  • During the day: When others are drinking coffee in the office, you make sure that the cappuccino at breakfast is perfectly frothed.
  • In the evening: While friends watch Netflix, you rock the service and bring the guests the best culinary highlights.
  • At night: Don't worry, we're not night owls. But sometimes an event can go on longer - then you're our late-night hero!
  • Weekends: For you, these are not rest days, but showtime! Guests love relaxed Saturdays and Sundays - and you are the professional who delights them with a smile.
  • Holidays: While everyone else is barbecuing in the sun, you're serving them the best holiday roast. But hey, at least you'll have stories to tell later!

In short: there's no such thing as boredom here. Your commitment makes the difference, and you are the star here - whether in the morning, evening or on special days!

Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie / Junior Chef (m/f/d) – Hofstube Michelin-starred restaurantMay 26, 2026, 1:10:05 p.m.

A server rings the bell. The last plate leaves the pass. Complete silence for a brief moment—before the next course begins.

At Hofstube Deimann, we don’t serve ordinary dishes. Here, we create culinary experiences that draw guests from all over North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, and far beyond to the Sauerland region. Since 2017, our fine-dining restaurant has held a Michelin star—characterized by French-inspired cuisine, artisanal precision, and a team that approaches cooking with genuine passion.

Under the leadership of Executive Chef Felix Weber, we work with the highest standards, plenty of creativity, and genuine team spirit. No flashy Michelin-starred cuisine. No egos. Just a team that wants to grow, learn, and create extraordinary moments together.

We are looking for a junior chef, demi chef de partie, or chef de partie (m/f/d) for our restaurant who wants not only to cook fine dining but also to experience it.

  • Supporting a smooth service process
  • Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards
  • Working as part of a professional kitchen team

You will receive a full-time contract for 169 hours per month. Since the Hofstube is open four days a week, your work hours are typically spread over four workdays—which means you often get three days off. Sunday through Tuesday are usually your days off, and Sunday is always a day off—with the exception of our summer festival and the Christmas market. In addition, the Hofstube is closed over Christmas and Easter, as well as for a few weeks during the summer break and in the fall.

Qualification

  • Completed training as a chef
  • Professional experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, gourmet cuisine, or fine dining

Banquet Coordinator / Event Coordinator (m/f/d)May 26, 2026, 1:10:03 PM

Amid stylish weddings, heartfelt family celebrations, exclusive corporate events, and delightful evenings for our hotel guests, something special takes shape at the heart of our establishment: genuine hospitality. At Hotel Deimann, we don’t just organize events—we create experiences that our guests will remember for a long time to come. Whether at our main building, Hotel Störmann, Café Sonnenhöhe, or the Knollenhütte—every event tells its own story.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, we’re looking for someone with a natural flair for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a passion for events—someone who loves the excitement of the moment just as much as structured planning. Someone who doesn’t lose track of things amid function sheets, aperitif recommendations, and wedding services—but thrives right there. Together with a colleague in the banquet office, you’ll coordinate our events from the initial inquiry to the final invoice, serving as the connecting link between guests, service, the kitchen, and all operational departments.

Tasks

  • You’ll be involved in our events from the initial inquiry through to the follow-up, ensuring that ideas are turned into unforgettable experiences.
  • You will prepare quotes, confirmations, and itineraries, and meet personally with our guests to discuss weddings, conferences, birthdays, corporate events, special occasions for our hotel guests, anniversaries, or memorial services.
  • They advise our guests with tact and sales expertise on menus, aperitifs, wine pairings, and other additional services that make events even more special.
  • You will work closely with our F&B Assistant, our Executive Chef, and all operational departments to ensure that information reaches the right people.
  • You create detailed function sheets and present events at internal meetings in a clear, structured, and forward-thinking manner.
  • They are on site during events, coordinate operations together with the restaurant managers, and actively assist with service.
  • You keep a clear overview even in fast-paced event situations and step in to help wherever support is needed.
  • You will assist in ensuring that meals, beverages, and additional services are properly recorded, and you will share responsibility for the final billing process.
  • Together with your colleague in the banquet office, you will be responsible for ensuring that our events run smoothly across all locations.
  • You will primarily work during core hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and be willing to assist with events on weekends and holidays as well.

Qualification

  • Ideally, you have completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry and have already gained some experience in event planning or banqueting.
  • You feel equally at home interacting directly with guests and handling administrative tasks, and you can switch flexibly between organizational and operational duties.
  • You work in an organized and responsible manner and remain calm even when multiple events are taking place at the same time.
  • You communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally—with guests, colleagues, and external partners alike.
  • You have a keen sense for sales, guest needs, and high-quality service.
  • You are a true team player and understand that exceptional events can only be created when all departments work together seamlessly.
  • You enjoy working in the luxury hospitality industry, organizing high-quality events, and being part of a work environment where hospitality is a way of life.
  • They are flexible enough to work on weekends and holidays, and see this not just as a job, but as an opportunity to help create special moments.
