Kitchen & Restaurant
Everything here revolves around food and drink. It's all about delicious enjoyment, fresh regional cuisine with creative dishes and a huge selection of wine and drinks. You work closely together in the kitchen and service - a real dream team! There are different jobs that go together here, and most of the work is practical and hands-on. If you enjoy good food and teamwork, this is the place for you!
Room & guest services
Here we make sure that guests feel right at home in cozy, beautifully furnished rooms with modern comforts. The rooms are lovingly prepared by us. Reception, reservations and housekeeping work hand in hand here. There are also jobs where you take on administrative tasks. If you like to ensure a great stay, this is exactly your area!
Hotel organization
All the threads come together in the organization and administration department - from management, marketing, purchasing, personnel to accounting. It's all about planning, organization and "mental work". You should be good at arithmetic and think strategically, because this is where important decisions are made. If you prefer to work in the background and enjoy planning, this is the job for you!

Dual training:
- Professional experience in a hotel
- Theory at the vocational college in Meschede (block teaching) or in Siegen or Bad Berleburg (1 to 2 school days per week)
Training allowance - as of August 2025:
- 1st year € 1,200
- 2nd year € 1,300
- 3rd year € 1,400
- Starting salary from approx. € 2,700 after training
Internship
Career orientation: Take a look!
You can read a lot about a career in the hospitality industry, but it's even better to try it out for yourself. Why not do an internship on site? You'll see what everyday life in a hotel is really like, get to know the working environment and meet the people you'll spend a lot of time with later on in your training. For example, you can get a taste of what it's like on a career exploration day, do a school internship for a few weeks or longer or start a voluntary internship during the school vacations. Just give it a try!

Job discovery tour
If you have the choice - you naturally want to get to know more than just one hotel! That's why you can get a taste of 3 or 5 different "star" hotels in 3 or 5 consecutive days on our Job Discovery Tour - a new hotel, a new experience every day!
Gap Year South Westphalia
A great offer in South Westphalia for all pupils and young people who do not yet know in which direction they want to choose their profession:
1 year with 3 internships in 3 different industries/companies.
And it's not all for nothing: you already earn your own money with your work and receive a travel allowance.
